Stasis HUD v1.4 Is Live - All Current Stasis HUD v1.3 Owners Will Be Sent The Update

Version 1.4 Update - 1/30/2011

Version 1.4 includes the following additions and changes:

The following changes and/or features have been added:
1. Users will now have the ability to Toggle Avatar Chat Range Alerts On or Off (Options Menu)

2. Users will now have the ability to Toggle Automatic Grid Status Updates On or Off (Options Menu)

3. 4 New Animation Sequences have been added each with 2 additional colors to choose from. There are now 50 Possible Animation , Color combinations you can use to customize your HUD (Options Menu > Customize)

4. A compact version of the Stasis HUD has been completed and included with this update. There are only a few minor differences in how the HUD itself operates. The Compact version does not display any customizable animations however , retains 100% the functionality of the Full Size HUD @ 1/2 the size.

5. Multiple Scripts have been re-optimized and combined to allow for future enhancements of the Stasis HUD.

6. The Item Rez Feature and Menu have been Upgraded to allow easier installation of Objects. To Install your objects you wish to rez from the HUD simply choose the install option and follow the commands from the installer or rez the HUD on the ground and manually add your objects to its contents.

What's Coming In Version 1.4 ???

Ok, I have to admit I'm a bit of an information hound and love knowing whats happening and when as I'm sure many of you do as well.

With the Stasis HUD Officially released and starting to make waves through the grid, It's time for us to begin focusing on new and exciting features for it as well as updating and improving existing ones to fit the need of it's users. Below is a sneak peak on what to expect with the next update as well as some possibilities for some Top Secret New Features In Development :)

Stasis HUD - Version 1.4 - Coming February 2011

Grid Status - Users will now have the option to turn automatic updates to chat ON or OFF.

Stasis HUD will now have a compact version included in the box purchaser's receive. ( Existing owner's will have an update sent to them that includes the compact version as well ).

New customization options to include additional colors and multiple animation sequences for the main display.

Features In Development: 

( These features are in development and will be apllied in future updates when they have been completed ).

Stasis Radio - Users can control Audio for there land directly from the Stasis HUD.

DJ Panel - DJ's will be able to configure a simple note card to have the HUD automatically display stream information when the stream is live ( Listener count , Current song title , Stream Status , ect ).

Host Panel - Host's of events will be able to greet , invite members to groups and much more.


Stasis Dance Huddle Panel - User's will be able to add and configure there HUD to act as a dance huddle with options to invite others to join , Automatically change animations and so much more.

Stasis Has Begun To Transform The Grid !!!

The opening response to the Stasis HUD has been wonderful and we are extremely pleased at the responses we are receiving.

As our promise to be a developer by the people and for the people we are hard at work already on developing the ability to minimize the HUD to a smaller more compact footprint. We understand that many of our followers both owners and prospective owners are looking forward to this.

I should have a basic framework of how to proceed within just a few days so that we can help continue to develop and enrich the Stasis HUD with the features YOU want the most.

I will post again with the plans and / or expected release date. As well please feel free to post your comments on how you would like to see the compact version look.

A Sneak Peak As Promised !!!

It is true folks , That a few days ago I promised a sneak peek at some of the Stasis HUD's Features.

I'm here to keep true to my word and post some information about the Stasis HUD However, I'm going to do it by posting a picture that will allow you to see the HUD in operation as well as list some of it's features.

Beta Test Progress Report - 1/7/2011

I wanted to take a quick moment and let everyone know how things are going with the Beta Test of The Stasis HUD.

Simply put, It can be described as seeing your christmas present under the tree. It's right there in front of you but, you can't open it until it's time.

It's an exciting and at times overwhelming experience for me. The project Iv'e worked so diligently on finally coming to the surface and being able to see and experience everyones reaction to it has been exhilarating.

With the updates and critiques from the Beta Tester's we have already applied a number of updates and new features to the HUD.

I know many of you are sitting there reading this and are ready to pummel me three ways from sunday just to get any information you can about this "Revolutionary" and "State of the Art" HUD I keep speaking of. Honestly, I dont blame you ... So I think what I will do is within the next few days I will honor your wishes and requests and post a brief and partial description of the HUD and it's many features. Let's just call it a TEASER of sorts :)

P.S. I know the Blog has looked quite barren for some time and I want to let you know it hasn't been for lack of updates or effort. With the official release of the Stasis HUD slated for next weekend we can now start putting everything together. You should begin to see the Blog take a bit more shape and some useful utilities put in place.

I also want to invite you to respond and/or critique anything you wish. After all, Your opinions and suggestions are what shape this project and I look forward to hearing all of them.
